No need to book a flight to Sicily—The St. Alfio Society is bringing this beloved Sicilian street food right to you! For generations, Crispelli have been a cherished tradition at our Feast, and now, through The Sicilian Kitchen, we’re excited to offer these delicious treats to everyone.

 

What is a Crispelli?

A soft, pillowy leavened dough is wrapped around a filling—your choice of ricotta cheese, anchovy, or plain—then fried to a crispy, golden perfection. The result? A light, airy bite packed with incredible flavor.

 

When & Where?

Starting Ash Wednesday, March 5, The Sicilian Kitchen will serve Crispelli in all four traditional flavors: Anchovy, Ricotta Cheese, Plain, and Plain coated with Sugar

 Ash Wednesday and every Friday during Lent (March 7 – April 11) from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
